Alerts and Notifications

The Alerts & Notifications module allows alerts to be set against a number of different parameters to ensure timely notification of unusual events or behaviour that is about to trigger an event, such as users getting close to their call spend threshold and in danger of being automatically credit locked

Alert Email – A new field “Alert Contact Email” has been created in the Profile page from Platform Owner to User. This is the email destination for alerts

Cascading Alerts – Alerts can also be cascaded up and down the Service Provider – Reseller – Customer hierarchy making it easy for resellers to push alerts to their customers

Alert Triggers – Alerts can be set against a multitude of user and group services and also Uboss Packet Analyzer events, such as customers dialling *57 to flag a problem call
